PROCESSING TIMES
At Trends On Trends, each item is custom-made just for you. Our production process begins once your order is placed.
- Production Time: 2-7 business days (varies by product)
- Processing time is not included in the shipping time
- During high-volume periods (holidays, special promotions), production may take 1-3 additional business days
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
After your order is produced, it will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (when available)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-20 business days
- Express International: 5-10 business days (when available)
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local postal service, and other factors beyond our control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
- Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active
- If you haven't received tracking information within 7 days of your order, please contact our customer service at support@trendsontrends.com
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Selected shipping method
- Order weight and dimensions
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs & Import Duties
- International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees
- We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- As each item is custom-made, we begin production quickly after orders are placed
- Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
- Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or modify your order
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office
- If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update
- For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
